Terms of Service

By using Relmy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility and Account

You must be old enough and legally able to enter this agreement in your country, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the security of your Apple account and activity under your Relmy account.

Permitted Use

You may use Relmy for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse the service, bypass security or payment mechanisms, disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.

Your Content and Family Sharing

You retain your rights in your content. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display it through the features you choose.

Share only content you have the right to share. You are responsible for selecting family links and shared entries. Stopping sharing cannot withdraw copies or information another user already lawfully viewed outside the service.

AI and Third-Party Information

AI output, digests, recaps, recommendations, and automatically enriched information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Verify important information before relying on it. The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

News, ratings, maps, and third-party links belong to their providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.

Coins and Purchases

Coins are digital credits usable only for features within Relmy. They are not money, have no value outside the app, and cannot be transferred between users. Prices, packs, and coin usage are shown before purchase or use.

Purchases are processed by Apple or the applicable store and are subject to its payment and refund rules. Except where required by law or store rules, used coins are non-refundable.

Relmy Premium is an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription. Its price and period are shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in App Store subscription settings.

Premium includes features otherwise charged in coins under daily and monthly fair-use limits. These limits protect the service from automated or excessive use; after a limit is reached, AI features become available again in the next period. Purchased coins remain stored while Premium is active.

Availability and Termination

We may change, update, limit, or discontinue the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You may stop using the app at any time. We may limit or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, risks to the service, or legal requirements.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service.

Store Terms

Downloading, payments, and use are also subject to the App Store or Google Play terms. Mandatory store rules control to the extent they conflict with these terms.

Changes and Contact

We may reasonably update these terms. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated version unless applicable law requires another process.
