Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Submio. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Submio is provided to help individuals and households track recurring subscriptions, payment dates, and subscription costs over time. It is a subscription tracker and household cost management app, not a payment processor.

Using the App

You may use Submio only for lawful purposes and only in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users. You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription data, household information, and reminder settings you add to the app.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Tracked Subscription Information

Dashboard summaries, upcoming charge calculations, reminder dates, renewal timelines, and price history are provided for informational purposes only. Submio does not process payments, act as a billing agent, or guarantee that third-party subscription pricing, billing dates, or service terms are always accurate.

Third-Party Services and Content

Parts of the service rely on third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Convex, Expo, and logo.dev. Subscription names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the app remain the property of their respective owners. Their use in the app is for identification and organizational purposes only.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if needed to protect the app, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the app at any time, including by deleting your account.

Deleting your account may remove personal records, invitations, memberships, and subscriptions associated only with your account. If your account is part of a shared household, some shared data may remain available to the household or be reassigned to another member so the household can continue to operate.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, savings, or goodwill resulting from your use of the app.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of Submio after an update means you accept the revised terms.
